I LOVED the location. It was perfect. The room was also very clean and well appointed. i appreciated having some kitchen appliances available. Water and coffee were a VERY nice touch.
The bathroom door seemed a bit stuck at times. it was a minor inconvenience, but still noticeable.

The staff was very helpful. i enjoyed amenities in the room like tea, coffee, and water. the shower was also good. as a guest, i got a ten percent discount at the bistro. It helped. the location allowed walking to tourist spots.
the small lift to the fifth floor was somewhat old.
